Credit Advisory

For financing that's too important to wing.

A RM500 report tells you where you stand. Advisory is us standing next to you — from first assessment to the bank's final answer.

What an engagement covers.

  1. 1

    Financial assessment

We analyse your accounts and bank statements the way a credit officer will — and tell you honestly whether you're ready to apply, or what to fix first.

  2. 2

    Structuring

The right facility, the right amount, the right tenure. Most rejections we see were the wrong ask, not the wrong business.

  3. 3

    Bank selection

Different lenders have different appetites. We match your profile to the institutions most likely to say yes — before you spend months finding out the hard way.

  4. 4

    Submission preparation

A complete, well-presented application that answers the credit team's questions before they're asked.

  5. 5

    Negotiation support

When offers come back, we help you understand the terms and negotiate what's negotiable.

Side by side.

What you get from us, against what the market typically offers. Line by line, no adjectives.

The right-hand column is what clients tell us they were given elsewhere. Every firm is different, so treat these as questions rather than accusations — and ask any consultancy the same ones. The answers will tell you more than any pitch.

Built for real complexity.

Larger facilities

Working capital lines, term financing, project or contract financing — where structure matters as much as numbers.

Messy histories

Past rejections, restructured facilities, gaps between management accounts and audited numbers — cases that need explaining, properly.

First-time applicants

Companies approaching banks for the first time who want the first impression done right.

If you just need clarity on where you stand, start with a RM500 report instead — it's often all you need, and we'll say so.

We don't publish deal tables.

Every case we have worked on belongs to a client who handed us their audited accounts and their bank statements. Those numbers are not ours to advertise — not even anonymised, not even rounded, not even as a total.

So we won't be telling you we have arranged RM-something million across such-and-such industries. Everyone says that, almost nobody can be checked on it, and it tells you nothing about whether we can read your file.

What we will do: when we meet, we will walk you through comparable cases — same industry, same facility type, what worked, what didn't, and where it nearly fell over. In the room, properly, with context. That is worth more than a number on a website.

Until then, judge the work instead. The sample reports are genuine client reports with the names removed — exactly what you would receive.

Tell us about your situation.

No fees published, because no two cases are the same — we quote after understanding yours. This is a conversation, not a checkout.

Four things help us come back with something useful: who you are and the company, what you are trying to finance and roughly how much, where you are in the process — a first approach, or already turned down — and when you need it by. A few lines is enough.
