1. The service

Kredit Lab (a brand of Capital Island Sdn Bhd) produces financial analysis reports and provides credit advisory services. Reports are analytical opinions prepared from documents you provide, using frameworks informed by Malaysian bank lending practices.

2. What a report is — and is not

• A report is decision support, not financial, legal, or investment advice.
• A report is not a guarantee of financing approval. No one can guarantee a bank's decision, and we never claim to.
• Our analysis is reliable but not infallible. Risk flags are indicative indicators, not conclusive findings.
• Analysis quality depends on the completeness and accuracy of the documents you provide.

3. Scope

Our frameworks are currently tested for Malaysian Sdn Bhd companies, covering up to three financial years. We do not currently support sole proprietorships or partnerships.

4. Payment and refunds

Reports are paid in advance. Because a report is produced and delivered as a bespoke piece of analysis, fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. If we cannot produce your report (for example, illegible or unsupported documents), we will tell you before processing and refund in full.

5. Amendments

We will correct fundamental factual errors in a delivered report (for example, a misread figure) at no charge. Amendments do not extend to differences of analytical opinion.

6. Use of reports

A report is prepared for the purchaser only. You may share it with your own advisers and with lenders in support of your application; you may not resell it or represent it as the work of any other party.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any report or service is limited to the fees paid for that report or service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
